Vinge advises Posten Norge (Norwegian Post) in connection with the sale of Bring Frigo

Vinge is advising Posten Norge in connection with the sale of the wholly owned subsidiary Bring Frigo to the German company Aurelius.

Bring Frigo is the market leader within temperature‑controlled logistics in Sweden and has an international network in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, France and Norway. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 2.4 billion and has approximately 900 employees.

 

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Desirée Sjöblom, Viktor Lennartsson and Jessica Öijer.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
