Vinge advises Presto and Adelis on acquisition of Cupola

Vinge has advised Presto and funds managed by Adelis in connection with Presto’s acquisition of Cupola, one of Sweden’s largest fire safety companies with business all over the country.

The acquisition of Cupola strengthens Presto’s position as the leading player within fire safety in the Nordic region. Presto has also, in connection with the acquisition, made a refinancing of its outstanding credit facilities.

The Vinge team advising on the transaction has included, inter alia, partner Christina Kokko with the associates Michaela Cronemyr and Hanna Risberg (M&A) and partner Albert Wållgren with the associates Josefine Lanker and Jolinn Uhlin (financing).

Vinge has advised Qben Infra AB in connection with its issuance of senior, unsecured bonds in an amount of SEK 500,000,000 (within a framework of SEK 600,000,000) and the parallel early redemption by its subsidiary ININ Group AS in respect of its previously issued senior secured bonds due 2027.
