Vinge advises Semantix in connection with acquisition of ACC Global’s conference interpreting operations

Vinge has advised the market leading language and communications services company, Semantix in connection with its acquisition of ACC Global’s conference interpreting operations.

The acquisition will allow Semantix to further strengthen its position as the largest provider of interpreting, translation, education and editing services in the Nordic region. The group has a turnover of SEK 300 million and employs approximately 170 people and has consultancy relationships with more than 6,500 language services providers all over the world.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Joacim Rydergård.
