Vinge advises Skandia in connection with its investment in Lumera

Vinge has advised Skandia in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in Lumera from Monterro.

In connection therewith AMF is also acquiring a minority stake from Monterro, and Monterro is reinvesting in Lumera through its M4 fund, which means that Monterro remains the majority shareholder through its M2 and M4 funds. Lumera is a software company that develops business systems for the life and pension insurance industry, including a cloud-based system that administers insurance policies.

Vinge's team consisted of Viveka Classon, Samra Tesser, Jonna Bondemark and Philip Moré.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
