Vinge Advises Stora Enso on Sale of Papyrus

Vinge advises Stora Enso on sale of its wholesale operation Papyrus to venture capital company Altor for a value of EUR 640 million whereof SEK 4,6 billion in cash. Papyrus is the leading whole seller in Sweden of paper, board and graphical products.

Johan Göthberg, Ulrich Ziche, Marion Ehmann, Sarah Khalil, Per Westman, Kristoffer Nordman, Ida Norlin and Anika Landgraf made up Vinge’s team.
