Vinge has advised Swegon AB in connection with its acquisition of the Canadian company, Vibro-Acoustics®. Vibro-Acoustics® is a leading producer of acoustic ventilation products and vibration reduction products in North America.

Vibro-Acoustics was established in 1960 and its head office is situated in Toronto. In addition to Toronto, the company also has manufacturing facilities in Nashville and Reno. The company has 167 employees and had a turnover in 2013 of MCAD 28, equivalent to approximately SEK 170 million. Swegon AB is a market-leading producer and supplier of energy efficient ventilation and climate control systems. Swegon AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment AB Latour.
