Vinge advises the founders in connection with the divestment of the Draftit Group to Visma Sverige Holding AB ("Visma")

Vinge advises the founders of Draftit, a leading provider of web-based compliance services and support for inter alia human resources (“HR”) and GDPR, in connection with the divestment of the Draftit Group to Visma Sverige Holding AB ("Visma").

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Carl Sander, Stina Bengtsson, Jessica Öijer and Jasmina Skandrani.
