Vinge advises the major shareholders of Eco-Boråstapeter in connection with sale to Litorina

Vinge has advised the major shareholders of Eco-Boråstapeter in connection with the sale of their shares to Litorina. Eco-Boråstapeter is one of the leading wallpaper manufacturers in the Nordic countries. Litorina has acquired approximately two-thirds of the company’s shares and is thus the new majority shareholder. The new company’s shareholder base will also include members of the company’s board of directors and approximately 135 of Eco-Boråstapeter’s former employees. Eco-Boråstapeter had a turnover of approximately SEK 550 million in 2009 and has approximately 165 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Björn Nicolai and associates Shoan Panahi, Viggo Becker-Ståhl and Gabriel Westin.
