Conmore Ingenjörsbyrå AB is a technology consultancy company which has fulfilled the expectations of large industry groups for more than 30 years, by way of supplying their expertise in the fields of mechanics, built-in systems and electronics within the vehicle, railway and energy sectors. The acquisition was made by Astek Group.

Vinge’s team consisted of Magnus Pauli, Johanna Hamrefält (Project Manager), Anna Palmérus and Amelia Rihs.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
