Vinge advises the sellers to Ijort Invest AB in connection with the sale to Arcane

Vinge is advising the sellers to Ijort Invest AB in connection with the sale of all shares in Ijort Invest AB to Arcane Crypto AS, a subsidiary to Arcane Crypto AB (publ).

Ijort Invest AB owns Trijo which is the only Swedish-based real-time cryptocurrency exchange.

The Vinge team includes partner Christina Kokko and associates Isabelle Jengsell, Rikard Lindahl, Caroline Krassén and Maria Schultzberg.

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
