Vinge advises TUI Group on sustainability-linked credit facilities

Vinge has acted as local counsel to TUI Group, the world's leading integrated travel group, in connection with the conclusion of sustainability-linked revolving credit facilities in an aggregate amount of €1.89 billion.

The facilities are provided by an international banking syndicate and have a tenor of five years.
The financing is sustainability-linked, which means the financing costs are linked to the fulfilment of certain key performance indicators (KPIs) in relation to emission reductions, in line with TUI Group’s Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi)-approved emissions reduction targets.

Vinge's team consisted of Albert Wållgren, Christoffer Nordin, Jolinn Uhlin and Julia Gudmundsson.
