Vinge advises Vimian in connection with a directed share issue of approximately MSEK 1,500

Vinge advises Vimian in connection with a directed share issue of approximately MSEK 1,500, before issue costs.

The share issue is in part based on an authorization and in part subject to a resolution from an extraordinary general meeting. The company’s shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge’s team has consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Linnéa Sellström, Anders Sundin Lundberg and Anna Svensson.
