Wendler is a technology trading company providingn electrical installation materials, fuse boxes and exterior lighting for public spaces.

Vinge's team advising the sellers consisted of responsible partner Anders Strid and assocaites Katja Kato and Emma Kero Ljungberg. 

Censor AB acted as M&A advisers to the sellers through Jonas Brogårdh and Erik Egnér.
