Vinge advises Wingårdhs

Vinge has advised Wingårdh Ägande AB, which is owned by the architect Gert Wingårdh, in connection with the company’s acquisition of a stakeholding in the development company SBU Framtid AB with its subsidiary Svensk Bostadsutveckling AB and in which portfolio the housing projects in Mälardalen, Södertälje and Karlskrona are included.

Wingårdh is responsible for the architecture for all of them. The projects have a sales value of approximately SEK 1 billion. 

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson.

Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a fully guaranteed rights issue which will provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 150 million before deduction of transaction costs.
