Vinge advises Wingårdhs

Vinge has advised Wingårdh Ägande AB, which is owned by the architect Gert Wingårdh, in connection with the company’s acquisition of a stakeholding in the development company SBU Framtid AB with its subsidiary Svensk Bostadsutveckling AB and in which portfolio the housing projects in Mälardalen, Södertälje and Karlskrona are included.

Wingårdh is responsible for the architecture for all of them. The projects have a sales value of approximately SEK 1 billion. 

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson.

The transaction has been performed through the acquisition of shares in Bite Delight AB, which owns Cookin Food Sweden AB.  Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

Vinge has advised Oncopeptides in connection with its rights issue

 Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
