Vinge advises Wingårdhs

Vinge has advised Wingårdh Ägande AB, which is owned by the architect Gert Wingårdh, in connection with the company’s acquisition of a stakeholding in the development company SBU Framtid AB with its subsidiary Svensk Bostadsutveckling AB and in which portfolio the housing projects in Mälardalen, Södertälje and Karlskrona are included.

Wingårdh is responsible for the architecture for all of them. The projects have a sales value of approximately SEK 1 billion. 

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson.

Vinge advises Consolid Equity in connection with the establishment of Petra Group

Vinge has advised Consolid Equity Investment AB ("Consolid Equity") on the acquisition of Ström & Gulliksson, one of the leading patent agencies in the Nordics. The acquisition forms part of the establishment of Petra Group, a European platform aimed at consolidating patent agencies across Europe to combine expertise and resources primarily within patents and trademarks. Consolid acts as a strategic partner in the new group.
