Vinge advises wpd Europe GmbH, an developer and operator of onshore and offshore wind farms and solar parks, in connection with the sale of the wind farm Aldermyrberget to EB Renewable Energy Fund Europe and LHI Green Infrastructure Invest II.
The wind farm Aldermyrberget consists of 17 wind turbines supplied by the manufacturer Vestas. With a projected energy production of approx. 275 GWh and an annual CO2 reduction of 1.308t, the project actively contributes to sustainable energy supply in Sweden.
Vinge's team primarily consisted of Peter Sundgren, Linus Adolfsson (M&A) and Linn Adelwald (Banking and Finance).
