Vinge advises Xamarin Inc on acquisition of RoboVM AB

Vinge acted as Swedish counsel to Xamarin Inc in connection with the acquisition of RoboVM AB, a company that enables native iOS and Android development in Java.

The Vinge team advising Xamarin Inc included partner Jesper Ottergren and associate Kristoffer Franzkeit.
