Universum is based in Stockholm and is specialized on employer branding.

Universum helps companies to monitor, define, develop and communicate their employer brand. The company was founded in 1988 and now serves around 2,000 clients in more than 35 countries. The transaction requires approval by the relevant competition authorities before it can be finalised.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko, Ulrich Ziche, Peter Issa, Anna Thoms, Edin Agic, Christoffer Nordin, Martin Boström, Josephine Andersson, Ludvig Wettergren, Sophia Holm, Hayaat Ibrahim and Victor Berg.
