K3-Elprojektering Aktiebolag has a leading competence within construction of security and controlling systems for power grids (400-10 kV). The company’s management team will continue in their respective operational management roles and become shareholders of the Eleda group.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Michaela Cronemyr and Hanna Risberg (M&A), Ebba Svenburg (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Property & Environment).
