Vinge has advised EQT AB (publ) (“EQT”) in connection with the offering and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm with first day of trading on 24 September 2019.

Vinge has advised EQT in connection with the listing and also with the connected reorganization. 


The Vinge team primarily consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Erik Sjöman, Sofie Bjärtun, Joel Wahlberg, Hampus Olsson, Joel Magnusson and Emelie Svanberg (Capital Markets), Christina Kokko, Filip Öhrner, Karl Klackenberg, Christian Brelin and Christina Odengran (M&A and Restructuring), Louise Brorsson Salomon, Josefine Larsson, Ludvig Wettergren and Pauline Lagerstrand (Banking and Finance), Mattias Schömer, Henrik Wastenson and Victor Ericsson (Tax), Marcus Glader and Emma Johansson (Competition and Regulatory) and Olof Jisland and Valter Gran (EQT Foundation).

 Vinge has represented the leading infrastructure group Eleda in connection with the acquisitions of Marbit Aktiebolag, FlexiRail AB, and Hanell Entreprenad i Gävle AB from Vestum. These companies are engaged in contracting activities within the construction sector. The total purchase price for the shares amounts to 747 MSEK. All key executives in the companies will become shareholders in Eleda.

Vinge has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business

 Vinge, alongside among others Castrén & Snellman, has advised Fortum in connection with the divestment of its recycling and waste business to Summa Equity through its portfolio company NG Group. The debt free purchase price is approximately EUR 800 million.
