Vinge has advised FAM AB in connection with the acquisition of Grand Group

April 20, 2021 Banking and Finance EU, Competition and Regulatory M&A Real Estate and Construction

Vinge has advised FAM AB in connection with the acquisition of Grand Group from Patricia Industries (a part of Investor AB), which includes the hotel businesses Grand Hôtel, Lydmar Hotel and The Sparrow Hotel, and the Grand Hôtel real estate property owned by Vectura, a subsidiary of Patricia Industries. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Johansson, Johanna Wiberg and Christa Anttila (M&A), Assur Badur and Karolina Cohrs (Real Estate), Louise Brorsson Salomon (Financing) and Johan Wahlbom (Competition law).

Vinge advises IK Partners and Selatek in connection with the acquisition of Jamo Sikring

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
