Vinge has advised Flat Capital in connection with its rights issue, which provides Flat Capital with proceeds of approximately SEK 153 million before deduction of transaction costs.

Flat Capital is an investment company founded in 2013 with focus on companies with eminent entrepreneurs in leading positions. The portfolio consists of 21 companies and the largest holdings include Instabee, Getir, OpenAI, Truecaller and Klarna.

Flat Capital is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Joel Wahlberg, Adrian Filipovic and Johannes Akyol.

The Companies own a total of 8,080 hectares of forest and land in Latvia.

Vinge assists enterstore in connection with the acquisition of Miss Mary of Sweden

Enterstore a.s., owned by Hartenberg Holding, has entered into an agreement with Scope Growth III L.P. to acquire Swedish Bra Holding AB, Miss Mary of Sweden. Miss Mary is engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of women's underwear, with approximately 90 percent of its revenue coming from e-commerce. enterstore is an e-commerce group consisting of portfolio companies with leading brands in niche industries.
