Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of all shares in Mark Bric AB to Sareq AB. Mark Bric manufactures and sells high quality size markers to the global retail industry.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Anders Strid, Anna Ståhlklo (project manager), Amelia Rihs (M&A), Hannah Mark (M&A), Anders Leissner (regulatory) and Amanda Stoltz (VDR). Censor M&A acted as financial advisor to the seller.
