Vinge has advised Main Capital and Pointsharp in its strategic merger with SIVIS

Pointsharp enables organizations to secure IT environments with a high level of control for IT departments combined with an intuitive mobile user experience.

Pointsharp has a broad solution offering in the identity and access management market related to multi-factor authentication, secure access, user provisioning and password management. SIVIS, founded in 1999 and having its base in Germany and Denmark, focuses on areas such as identity and access management and risk management.

The addition of SIVIS’ strong offering within identity and role management is expected to strengthen the combined group's position.

Vinge's team consisted of Filip Öhrner, Linus Adolfsson and Josef Groow.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
