Vinge has advised Novax in connection with their investment in Revide AB. Revide is the company behind the leading cloud-based data platform Voyado, which offers marketing automation and CRM services within retail and e-commerce.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko, and Samra Baytar, Hannah Kajlinger, Mika Jordan, Lisa Ullman, Frida Ställborn and Xandra Ståhlberg.

The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
