Vinge has advised Platinum Equity Advisors LLC in connection with the acquisition of the global environmental management company Urbaser S.A. and its Swedish subsidiaries Urbaser AB and Nordren AB for an enterprise value of approximately USD 4.2 billion.
Urbaser provides services to more than 70 million people across 25 countries.
Vinge's team primarily consisted of partner Christina Kokko, counsel Ulrich Ziche and associates Christa Anttila (M&A), Gustav Persson (M&A), Fredrika Hjelmberg (Corporate Commercial), Kristoffer Sällfors (Public Procurement), Karl-Gustaw Tobola (Banking and Finance) and Elin Broman (Employment) as well as Sara Dahlros Sköld (VDR Assistant).
