Vinge has advised Procuritas, the private equity investor focused on investing in and growing Nordic mid-market companies, in connection with the sale of Ouriginal Group to Turnitin LLC, a global leader in academic integrity and education software.

Ouriginal, a company formed from the union of Urkund and PlagScan, has over three decades of experience in combining text-matching with writing-style analysis to promote academic integrity and prevent plagiarism in schools and universities.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Johansson, Karl Klackenberg and Ellinor Wargenbrant (M&A), Mathilda Persson (IT), Tobias Kempas (IP), Sebastian Örndahl and Victoria Fredén (Competition) and Viktoria Owetz Leyva (VDR).
