Vinge has advised Swecon on the acquisition of Kewab Rental

Vinge has advised Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB (”Swecon”) on the acquisition of KEWAB Rental AB (”Kewab Rental”). Kewab Rental, headquartered in Karlstad, is one of Sweden's largest rental companies of large construction machines without drivers.

Vinges team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko Ellinor Wargenbrant and Nina Fathjalali (M&A), Christoffer Nordin (Corporate Commercial), Johan Wahlbom (Competition), Karl-Gustaw Tobola (Banking and Finance), Elin Broman (Employment) and Ellinore Boström Andersson (Project assistant).

Vinge advises Schibsted Media in connection with its acquisition of TV4 and MTV Finland

 Schibsted Media has entered into an agreement to acquire Telia Company’s TV & Media business, consisting of TV4 and MTV Finland. The transaction implies an enterprise value of SEK 6.55 billion on a cash and debt-free basis and it is expected to close in Q3 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Vinge advises Oral Care in connection with the acquisition of Dutch dental care provider De Tandartsengroep (DTG)

DTG operates 31 clinics and 8 dental laboratories in the Netherlands. Oral Care is a portfolio company of Axcel VI and operates a network of dental clinics in Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands. To support this expansion, Axcel VII is joining Axcel VI as a shareholder in Oral Care.
