Vinge has assisted Enea AB (publ) in the acquisition of Qosmos S.A.

Vinge has assisted Enea AB (publ) in the acquisition of the French company Qosmos S.A., active in the development of software for Network Intelligence and a market leader within the field of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI).

Vinge's team consisted of Jesper Ottergren, assisted by Christian Lindhé and Karolina Tjärnberg. Henrik Ossborn and Fredrik Christiansson assisted in relation to the bank financing of the transaction.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
