Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag (publ) has approx. 60 employees, 150,000 personal customers and 15,000 business customers.

Closing of the transaction is subject to applicable approvals by relevant authorities.

The Vinge team included mainly Jesper Ottergren, Anna Edström, Henrik Borna and Lena Lundahl. Fabian Ekeblad, Paulina Malmberg and Viveka Classon provided regulatory advice.
