Vinge is advising the Sixth AP-fund in connection with the sale of Gnotec AB to Frauenthal. Closing of the transaction is subject to applicable competition law approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Vinge team advising the Sixth AP-fund includes partner Fredrik Sonander and associates Karin Wisenius and Gabriel Westin.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
