Jobbguiden and its founders Anders Larsson, Nicklas Jonsson and Johan Hjelte have sold their operations to the US company, CareerBuilder. Jobbguiden was formed three years ago and currently has 26 employees. The company is part of Intence Media AB, which also publishes career guidance books.
Vinge was adviser to Jobbguiden during the sale, and was represented by David Aversten, Nina Farrahi and Annie Koch.
