Vinge represented Teleca upon the sale of auSystems

Teleca has sold auSystems to two purchasers: Cybercom Group acquires the Swedish, Danish and Polish operations for SEK 730 million cash, and Devoteam acquires the operations in France, Italy, Norway and the United Kingdom for SEK 92 million cash. auSystems offers traditional IT consultancy services, testing and R&D services. Customers are primarily network equipment suppliers, operators, media, the motor vehicle industry, public authorities and large companies.

Vinge was adviser to Teleca during the sale, and was represented by Peter Oscarsson, Erik Sjöman and Anna Björk.
