Vinge represents Eurocommercial Properties in a property acquisition

Vinge represents Eurocommercial Properties in the acquisition of the shopping centre “421” in Högsbo outside Gothenburg from Aspelin-Ramm Fastigheter AB. The main tenants are ICA and Media Markt. The value of the property is SEK 811 million.

Eurocommercial Properties is represented by partner Patrick Forslund with assistance from Susanne Kvist and Daniel Unger.

Vinge has advised Qben Infra AB in connection with its issuance of senior, unsecured bonds in an amount of SEK 500,000,000 (within a framework of SEK 600,000,000) and the parallel early redemption by its subsidiary ININ Group AS in respect of its previously issued senior secured bonds due 2027.
