Vinge represents Guthy-Renker Corporation in its acquisition of TV-Shop from MTG

MTG has also agreed to sell media time on Viasat’s channels to TV Shop during a two-year period, after the closing of this deal. Guthy Renker Corporation, established in 1988, is one of the world’s largest companies engaged in direct sales through television.
 
Guthy-Renker Corporation was represented by David Aversten, as well as Malin Helgesen, Erik Plith, Ulrich Ziche and others.

The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
