Vinge represents the owner of Compilator AB in connection with the sale of the company to Kerridge Commercial Systems Ltd ("KCS").

Compilator AB develops ERP systems for the tire industry. KCS is a market-leading supplier of ERP and business systems with over 35,000 customers worldwide, focusing on the automotive, distribution, retail and machine rental markets.

The acquisition has strategic significance for KCS, as it broadens the group's product range in relation to the tire industry and also gives the group a presence on the Scandinavian market.

Vinge's team mainly consisted of Jesper Ottergren, Jonatan Karlsson (M&A) and Annika Tingström (project assistant).

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
