Vinge represents the sellers in the sale of Donya Labs to Microsoft.

Microsoft acquires the Linköping based company Donya Labs, developer of the Simplygon software for 3D games and VR applications. Among the sellers are the founders Ulrik Lindahl and Koshi Hamedi as well as SEB Venture Capital.

Vinge's team comprised Johan Larsson (M&A), Ulrich Ziche (M&A), Carl Sander (M&A), Mathilda Persson (Technology) and Niclas Thorgerzon (Technology).

The fundraising was highly successful, with the fund significantly oversubscribed. Consolid Equity III has more than doubled its total commitments compared to its predecessor fund.
