Vinge Swedish counsel to Alberta Investment Management Corporation

Vinge is acting as Swedish counsel to Alberta Investment Management Corporation in connection with Alberta Investment Management Corporation’s acquisition of Skanska AB’s 50 per cent interest in Sociedad Concesionaria Autopista Central, a Santiago-based toll road operator. Alberta Investment Management Corporation is one of Canada’s largest investment management firms that manages, among other things, public pensions funds for the province of Alberta.

The Vinge team advising Alberta Investment Management Corporation includes corporate partner Daniel Rosvall and corporate associates Malin Helgesen and Josefin Nowén. Counsel Maria Schultzberg is providing tax advice.
