World-leading aluminium producers merge

Rusal Limited and Sual Group, two of the world's largest aluminium producers, as well as Glencore International AG, are merging their aluminium and alumina operations, including Glencore's subsidiary Kubikenborg Sundsvall AB. Kubikenborg Sundsvall AB, Kubal, is Sweden's only producer of primary aluminium.

Vinge acted as advisor to Rusal Limited in terms of Kubal. Representatives included Jan Byström, Thomas Sjöberg, David Aversten, Johan Cederblad and Annie Koch.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
