Vinge has won the award ”Swedish Law Firm of the Year 2020” from the International Financial Law Review, IFLR.
The announcement was made on Thursday, when Vinge received the Swedish award for complex transactions with a high degree of innovation. IFLR is a media and analysis firm for lawyers with focus on transactions and financial aspects in relation to transactions.
Vinge was given the award based on innovative work within the areas of, among other things, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and M&A. The law firm’s role in Vattenfall’s issuance of a so‑called green bond, as lead counsel in the IPO of EQT, and as counsel for SBB in the bid for Hemfosa Fastigheter were specifically highlighted.
Maria-Pia Hope, Managing Partner:
We are very proud and honoured to receive this award again. In an otherwise cautious transaction market, we have managed to maintain our position as the most engaged transaction firm. Working together with our clients to promote innovation and constantly break new ground is the focus of or work.
