Mergermarket has awarded Vinge the Swedish Mergermarket Firm of the Year 2024. The award was received at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards in London on Wednesday evening.
In 2024, Vinge has so far been engaged in 150 transactions with a total transaction value of more than EUR 16 billion, which makes Vinge the firm which has the most transactions on the Swedish market during the year.

The jury's selection is based on both the number of transactions completed and the value of the deals. The strategic, complex and innovative level of the transactions is also taken into account. The jury consists of experts in M&A and representatives from Mergermarket.
