Anders Leissner is an advokat at Vinge and has extensive experience of working with issues relating to international trade. Anders has previously been a corporate lawyer and has worked practically with shipping law and compliance related trade issues for more than 20 years. Anders has special experience in international sanctions and export control and regularly represents Swedish and foreign companies with advice and risk assessments. He lectures and has been engaged as an expert by the media on several occasions.
Martin Johansson, juris doctor h.c., is a partner and advokat at Vinge and specialises in EU and competition law, in particular State aid measures, public procurement, the four freedoms, regulatory issues and trade law, including sanctions, direct investments and foreign subsidies. Martin advises clients in most sectors, including transport, energy, environment, telecommunications and retail. He has over 35 years of experience in EU and EEA law, including more than ten years at the Court of Justice of the European Union, the General Court and the EFTA Court, and conducts cases before the European Commission, the EU courts and EEA institutions as well as Swedish public authorities and courts.
