Anna Palmérus is a partner at Vinge. She is highly experienced in restructuring and insolvency law, offering particular expertise in insolvency related advice to financially distressed companies and bankruptcy mandates. Anna has acted as a bankruptcy trustee in many bankruptcies with complex cross-border issues and extensive ongoing business. Her practice includes advising clients on (domestic and international) insolvency-related questions including board and management duties and choice between formal processes for implementation; implementation of restructurings and liquidation; and providing insolvency-related advice in connection with financing facilities and loans. Jenny Sandlund is a senior associate at Vinge, working primarily on insolvency matters and M&A transactions. She is especially experienced in insolvency-related issues involving distressed M&A transactions and cross-border insolvency matters. Jenny also works on and has experience of domestic bankruptcies and restructuring matters, as well as winding-up procedures and liquidations. Jenny is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
Petronella Hallberg is a counsel at Vinge, supporting clients on restructuring and insolvency matters and M&A transactions. Petronella has wide experience from advising both national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, including distressed M&A transactions, investments and divestments.
