Vinge maintains first place in this year’s rankings of leading real estate firms and practitioners in Sweden.
“We are very happy to be number one again in the rankings and this is recognition of the fact that Vinge is at the forefront in this field. There seems to be a high rate of activity on the transaction market at the moment which is not showing any signs of subsiding. Despite a few departures from the real estate group at the end of last year, Vinge’s lawyers have participated in several of the largest transactions on the real estate market in 2015” says Niclas Winnberg, counsel at Vinge.
The Vinge lawyers named in the rankings are Niclas Winnberg, Jens Sundell and Anders Forkman.
The rankings are based on the total transaction volume during the period 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.
