The firm has won three awards within several practice areas. Not least in Chambers Global, Vinge is top ranked in five of six categories.
Richard Wessman, partner at the Stockholm office, is the recipient of the Client Choice Award 2019 for Lexology/ILO in the category Intellectual Property: Trademark for Sverige. The award nominees are selected by in house counsel based on more than 2000 nominations. Since 2005, Client Choice has highlighted partners who have distinguished themselves through exceptional client service and delivery of high quality advice.
Global IP Awards has also awarded Vinge both the Swedish Patent Litigation firm of the year as well as the Swedish Trademark Litigation firm of the year. This is the first time that the award has been given and the award has been created by the IP publication IAM and the ranking guide World Trademark Review.
In Chamber’s Global first ranking for 2019, Vinge remains in leading positions with the firm being ranked in tier 1 within M&A, Capital Markets and Public M&A, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Law and tier 2 for Banking and Financing. Chambers & Partners’ rankings are based on extensive research work and, among other things, interviews with both clients and lawyers in the practice areas.
