Anna Alriksson is a Counsel in Vinge's Dispute Resolution team. She has wide-ranging experience of commercial disputes within the fields of, inter alia, energy, construction, co-operation agreements, M&A, financial regulation and ECHR. She advises clients at all stages of a dispute; from preparing early litigation assessments, drafting demand letters and assisting in settlement negotiations to acting before courts and arbitral tribunals. She also has experience from investment arbitrations.
In addition, Anna is part of Vinge’s Contentious Regulatory team. She advises on regulatory investigations and matters and appears before the administrative courts.
Prior to joining Vinge, Anna has served at the Chancellor of Justice, representing the Swedish state in court proceedings, and at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, representing the Swedish Government in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
