Helena Rosén Andersson is one of the leading experts in Sweden within public procurement law and has a background including Justice at the Supreme Administrative Court. She has extensive experience of court litigation in public procurement cases and assists clients at all stages in tender procedures and agreements between the public sector and suppliers.
