Lisa Bourghardt is an experienced lawyer specialized in intellectual property and marketing law, with particular expertise in advising on licensing and development agreements and strategic management of intellectual property rights. She has significant experience in transactional intellectual property matters as well as issues related to consumer law and product liability. She has also worked extensively in various industries, including food/food innovation, furniture and automotive, e-commerce, and research and development.
Lisa is well-versed in dispute resolution and has successfully handled commercial arbitration and intellectual property disputes. Lisa has acted as counsel in international and Swedish arbitration proceedings, mainly under the SCC rules, but also in ad hoc proceedings and other arbitration rules such as ICC and DIS.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Lisa is a dedicated lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Lund University, where she shares her expertise in areas such as intellectual property disputes, intellectual property due diligence, and commercial arbitration.
