Ludwig Metz is specialised in dispute resolution. He has experience from commercial arbitration, enforcement matters, investment treaty disputes and court disputes. He has acted as counsel in disputes concerning enforcement measures, state immunity, energy, domestic and international purchases of sales and other property, pulp and paper, regulatory issues and challenge and invalidation of arbitral awards. Ludwig has experience from arbitration under the rules of SCC, ICC and ICSID as well as from ad hoc arbitration. He also acts before Swedish courts.
