Martin is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law and has broad experience of PE- and VC-backed transactions, majority and minority investments, fund raising, joint ventures, and complicated corporate matters. Martin represents private equity funds and industrial clients, but also has extensive experience from advising founders divesting their companies across a wide range of industries.
