Vinge once again tops Swedish M&A rankings

For the second consecutive year, Vinge has secured the top spot on Mergermarket's annual list of Swedish business law firms, leading both in the number of transactions and total deal value in 2024. With top rankings in both categories two years in a row, Vinge reinforces its position as Sweden’s leading M&A advisor. Over the past year, Vinge was engaged in 169 transactions with a total deal value of SEK 213 billion.

Vinge is top-ranked in Fintech

For the sixth consecutive year, Vinge has been top-ranked in the Chambers & Partners' Fintech Guide for Europe. Emma Stuart-Beck, who heads Vinge's Financial Services team, was ranked in the highest category, i.e., Band 1, for the sixth time. Caroline Krassén, a counsel in Emma’s team, was ranked for the fifth consecutive year as a Star Associate.
